Do I have to come everyday? No… 1-5 days a week clients accepted and drop-in depending on staffing.

Requirements? Functional impairment, unable to be home alone. Handicapped accessible with ramp and elevator, wheelchair clients accepted. Admission assessment by our staff required
How do clients get there? Transportation is NOT provided
What do I need to bring? Change of clothes to leave at center, incontinent products, medications (in original container) and personal hygiene products if bathing is done at the center
Food? Hot lunch provided and snacks between meals provided
What will I do while at the center? Structured setting with many planned activities (both individual and group), bathing, visiting, play games, relax, sing, watch T.V./movies, outings, cooking groups etc…. HAVE FUN AND STAY BUSY!!!!
What kind of care will I receive? We will have an RN in the center that can provide nursing service for wounds, ostomies, catheters etc. Most staff are state tested nursing assistants and can provide all activities of daily living (personal care) and have experience in activities.
Why do I need Adult Day Services? Allows adults who need supervised care during the day to remain in the home as long as possible rather than placement in a facility. Allows caregivers to continue to work outside the home by offering safe structured activities and less isolation time for their loved one.
