Staff Bios

Sonia Probst, CEO
	Sonia Probst has been serving the Rouse Estate as the CEO since September 2000. She has been employed with the Rouse Estate since 1980, first in Social Services, then as the Rouse Home’s Administrator prior to assuming her current role. A graduate of Youngsville High School, Ms. Probst earned a BA from Lebanon Valley College and a MSW from West Virginia University with concentrations in Aging and Administration. Sonia is involved in many community organizations, and currently serves the Alliance for a Better Community, the Friends of the Rouse Estate, the Warren County Career Center Advisory Council, the Warren Rotary Club, the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry Board of Directors, and the Youngsville Revitalization committee. Ms. Probst is an active member of the Youngsville Evangelical United Methodist Church. Her hobbies include music and outdoor sports such as skiing, biking and golfing. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Probst, Sonia resides with her husband, Maurice Bennett, in Youngsville.

Jeff Sedon, CFO
	Jeff Sedon has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The Rouse Estate since June of 2003. Prior to coming to The Rouse Estate, Mr. Sedon was the Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Aarque Management Corporation located in Lakewood, New York. Aarque (pronounced “RQ”) was a privately owned group of manufacturing businesses. Mr. Sedon was employed by Aarque from 1984 to 2003 in a variety of positions including Assistant Controller, Chief Financial Analyst, Controller and Vice President, Finance. Mr. Sedon earned a B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting also from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Sedon is a Certified Management Accountant.

Cindy Walters, Rouse Home Administrator
	Cindy Walters has served as the Administrator of The Rouse Home since November, 2006. Prior to accepting this position, Cindy worked at The Rouse Home as a Registered Nurse for ten years serving in various roles including RN Supervisor, Restorative Nurse, Education Coordinator, Assistant Director of Nursing and four years as Director of Nursing. Cindy, a graduate of Youngsville High School, earned a BS from Robert Morris College in Business Administration with a major in accounting and a BS in Nursing from Edinboro University.

Jasen Diley, Rouse Suites Administrator
	Jasen Diley has served as the Director of Human Resources for the Rouse Estate since March of 2003. He also serves the Rouse Estate as the Administrator of the Suites at Rouse since May of 2006. Prior to coming to the Rouse Estate, Mr. Diley was the Director of Human Resources for Dynatek Communications, a turnkey service provider for the wireless phone industry, based in Youngstown, Ohio. Mr. Diley earned a B.A. degree from Thiel College in Sociology and Business Administration. Mr. Diley is a Personal Care Home Administrator and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Wendy Wilcox, Rouse Daycare Administrator
	Happily married, mother of three. A resident of Youngsville, PA area her whole life and so has known of the Rouse Estate for many years. Wendy started as student of JCC, obtaining field placement hours as a volunteer. Hired initially as per diem staff and upon graduation (perfect timing) applied for and received the position of Director or the Rouse Children's Center. Wendy holds an AS degree in Human Services, as well as, Certification in Early Childhood Development. She has been a home Daycare Provider for 3 years, a Preschool Sunday School Teacher for 2 years, and a Preschool Teacher Aide at the Otterbein United Methodist Preschool.

Dennis Withington, Director of Plant Operations
Dennie Withington has served as Director of Plant Operations for the Rouse Estate since May of 2006. Prior to coming to the Rouse Estate Dennie owned and operated 2 businesses in the Youngsville area for 12 years. After selling his business Dennie was the Maintenance Director of a Personal Care Home in the Warren area for 11 years. Dennie a life long resident of Youngsville area resides with his wife Ronda and his 2 sons. Over the years, Dennie has served on several community boards in the Youngsville area. His hobbies include hunting, golfing, fabricating with metal in his garage and modified garden tractor pulling.
