Currently we are looking to fill the following positions:

• Assisted Living Dietary Aide
  Status: Part time
  Shift: 6a-2p/6:30a-2:30p
  Days: Flexible
  Qualifications: On the job training. Must be 16 years old and completed the 10th grade.
  Preferred: Experience in Assisted living or a long term care facility.
  


• Assisted Living Relief Cook
  Status: Full time
  Shift: 5:30-1:30/11a-7p/6a-2p
  Days: Flexible
  Qualifications: At least 2 years of cooking experience in long term care or assisted living facility. Some supervisory experience.
  


• COTA
  Status: Part time and Per Diem
  Shift: 8-4p
  Days: Monday - Friday
  Qualifications: Must have current and valid PA license
  Preferred: Long term care experience
  


• Homemaker
  Status: Part time
  Shift: 4p-8p/11:30a-7:30p
  Days: Flexible
  Qualifications: On the job training provided
  


• LPN
  Status: Part time and Per Diem
  Shift: 11p-7a
  Days: Flexible
  Qualifications: Must have current PA LPN license
  


• Nursing Assistant
  Status: Per Diem
  Shift: 6-2p / 2-10p or 10p-6a
  Days: Flexible
  Qualifications: Must have current PA Nursing Assistant registration
  


• RNAC
  Status: Full time
  Shift: 7-3 Flexible
  Days: Monday - Friday
  Qualifications: Successful candidate will possess a current & valid RN license; 3-5 years long term care experience. Knowledge of Medicare MDS, Caretracker system and prospective payment systems.
